Evolution – Asia Yoga Conference workshop on “safety beyond alignment”. Navakarana can be grasped only with an in-depth study and analysis. This workshop was very well received. We will offer more about this type workshops focusing on navakarana kinaesthetic methodology both in Asia and Europe. Hope will have bigger room next time to accommodate more students. Stay tuned!
