    Dear friends and students,

I’m happy to connect with you through the Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa BLOG.

The Blog is a tool to discuss openly the method and practice of Navakaraṇa’s Vinyāsa’s, elaborate the topics of the worskhops, provide students with online study material, keep updating with new events,  creating a wider community and support each other in our personal and spiritual evolution. I have already posted some videos related to the last workshop hold at AST in Hong Kong  “Navakaraṇā Vinyāsa Inversion” and also the the first part of a tutorial for learning the Patañjali Yoga Sūtra. I’m working on many other videos, tutorials and articles. I’ll keep you posted. Please remember that it is our space, not just mine or for few. If you are interested in taking part in the project with video or anything else feel free to let me know. Feel also free to comment the posts and share the blog’s links that you find interesting. Love

Hi Dario – I see you have displayed the moon phase calendar, what is the reason for showing this? Are there certain phases of the moon or time of day to practice vinyasa?
PS – This is a great platform! Congrats 🙂

    Hi Cam,

nice to see you on the blog. Sun and Moon have great effect on our body and mind. Determinate our natural rhythm and basically maintain the whole ecosystem. Yoga practice should be also fit if possible with this natural rhythm. It is really a big topic. I’m happy to discuss with you. Starting from “Moon and the three doṣa-s”! I attached a slide from my workshop on yogic nutrition and lifestyle.

The moon and the three doṣa-s
