Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Vyāyāma – Immersion Workshop 深度工作坊

We offer different types of workshops. You can choose between the following:

  • navakaraṇa vinyāsa introduction workshop;
  • kinaesthesia: awareness and control of complex movements;
  • anatomy, preparation and conditioning for arm balancing and inversion;
  • anatomy, preparation and conditioning for anterior-stretch (“back-bending”);
  • anatomy, preparation and conditioning for a safe and advanced practice;
  • anatomy, preparation and conditioning for detoxification in vinyāsa practice.

 

Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Vyāyāma – 深度工作坊

This workshop covers compressively the most important topics of a karaṇa-based vinyāsa practice. Participants are guided from the very foundations into developing awareness and control of complex movements (kinaesthesia). Particular attention is given to conditioning techniques, alignments of movements, safe entry/exits from the basic to advanced postures. A challenging but practical workshop for those who desire to learn or improve their vinyāsa practice especially fluidity of movements.

本工作坊涵盖了以动作单位为基础的vinyāsa练习中最重要的主题。学员在老师指导下学习从基础练习发展对复杂动作的感知和控制(动觉)。重点阐释身体调节技巧、正位、从基本到复杂体式的安全进入/退出技巧。这是挑战性及实用性兼备的工作坊,适合希望学习或改善其vinyāsa练习,特别是动作流畅性的人。

Saturday

9:00 to 10:30 am the essentials of a karaṇa-based vinyāsa (90 minutes)

10:30 – 12:00 Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Series (90 minutes)

12:00 – 1:00 break

1:00 – 2:00 pm Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Methodology and Q/A (60 minutes)

2:00 to 4:00 pm Karaṇa Vinyāsa Conditioning (120 minutes).

 

Sunday

9:00 to 10:30 am Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Series (90 minutes)

10:30 to 12:00 pm deconstruction of selected vinyāsa and conditioning for the main topic (90 minutes)

12:00 – 1:00 break

1:00 – 4:00 pm  vinyāsa for complex movements and poses.
